It felt like July last weekend, didn't it? The sun was merciless. It must have been the unseasonal heat that kept people away from Fiesta Hispana KC on Saturday afternoon. Barney Allis Plaza offers little in the way of shade. I hope these seats were put to use after the sun dipped behind the convention center.
