I had resigned myself to a Saturday night of preparing tax returns and doing laundry when a friend contacted me about extra tickets he had secured to the Regina Carter performance at the Folly Theater. I immediately took him up on his generous offer to hear one of new music's most promising talents. Patchchord published my review.
