Moo Goo Mac and Cheese
Sometimes the only thing that can properly satisfy my appetite is a Chinese buffet. Lucky Chinese Buffet on State Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas, scratched that itch for me earlier this week. In addition to all the staples, the restaurant offers fried chicken, onion rings and macaroni and cheese. I discovered that extra General Tso's chicken sauce is a perfect companion for the latter dish.

Of course you know about Kin Lin, the place by UMKC (next to Muddy's) that puts Ore Ida french fries in your cashew chicken.
I mean, of course.

The last time I ate at Kin Lin, NPH, the room was under construction. It was a bit of a fiasco. I didn't know about the fries thing, though.

The construction is complete at Kin Lin and the new room is open. Fear no fiasco!
NPH: You must have to ask for the fries. When I ordered the cashew chicken two weeks ago it was fry free.
