I've never been a Buzzard Beach guy. Kelly's is not my scene. I might have finally found a Westport bar that feels just right last night at the Pitch's music showcase. The new Foundry at McCoy's is a beauty. At first blush, I love everything about it- sharp lines, open air patio, DJ booth, delicious-looking pizza and beer. Lots of beer.

Holy crap. I was just in Westport last week, ate at McCoy's even, and I didn't even notice that was there.

Yeah the Foundry is by far the best bar in Westport. Unfortunately they have just closed for lunch but I'm telling all my friends about them and I hope they are here for years to come.
