Batty

One of the coolest tourist attractions in Austin, Texas, is the bat colony under Congress Bridge. This drab underpass in Prairie Village isn't nearly as appealing, but it does host a handful of flying mammals. I propose that the community add nightly summer watch parties to its unremitting public works projects.
