Ethnic Parking perfectly describes our approach. (Thanks to Plog for first recognizing this jarring sign. Although I attend the Ethnic Enrichment Festival every year, I"d never picked up on the poor choice of words.)
We attended last evening and had a near perfect time. A table near the stage and an assortment of food choices that were all excellent. The moon shined and the crowd was all in good spirits. The vibe continued at home while we stayed up till past dawn talking and watching movies and the Olympics. What a wonderful way to kick off the weekend.
And yes that sign was poorly constructed and the wording off-putting.

I'm sorry to have missed you, BGO. It was a beautiful night anyway.

I was sort of keeping an eye out for you but we really kept ourselves low key and wanted to keep our seats.
The only person I saw that I knew was a co-worker who works everywhere at the Lithuania booth. She gave us a free torte.
We arrived just before the pipe band went on.
