For My Own Safety
A light pole spoke to me as I was wandering around Loose Park the other day. It told me that my activities were being monitored. (I love you too, Big Brother.) Maybe lots of light poles advise passerby that they're being watched, but this was the first time I'd heard the message. I wonder if the person who discarded a used condom directly under the pole knew he was on camera.

Orwellian forces amidst our daily routine--they see our every move. Me not paranoid because I have nothing to hide.

Better yet, M.V., it might go all Transformers by tasering and cuffing offenders.
That's not very Libertarian of you, BGO.

That's because I am not a Libertarian nor am I an Ayn Rand fan of Objectivism. To borrow from my grandfather's one time neighbor Will Rogers, I belong to no political party. I'm a democrat.

Rick, my humble thanks for the correction. Dear Will Rogers deserves NOT to be misrepresented. No offense taken.
