Yesterday's gravesite memorial service for Charlie Parker was poorly attended. I suppose it's not surprising; the jazz legend is less well known today than an English finger biter.

cool video, I personally think that all cemetery-located events are creepy,there are other places more fit for remembrance.

Parker never wanted to be buried in Kansas City (Kansas or Missour).
When Savoy signed a new saxophone sensation there was no reason to return.
His family had their own agenda.
