The Caspian Question
I've been curious about Caspian Bistro for years. Now that I've finally dined at the restaurant in the old Gateway Plaza strip mall, I'm even more mystified. Is the food good? I couldn't say. The "tadig platter" I ordered mystified me. I assume it's an Iranian dish, but I'm not even sure about that. I sense, however, that the establishment is a mystery worth solving.

Your post is a heck of a mystery. I'm not going there until you give it a thumbs up or down.
OT. My friend Patrick in Rome wishes you would have given him a buzz. He gave up Facebook for Lent and had plenty of time on his hands. He could have eased some of your disappointment, I think.

I actually liked Roma, BGO. It was Venice that gave me fits. (And all the Italians.) I'll get around to posting more Italy photos soon.
