Diminished

Now I know what it's like to watch the world through a window. Life as a shut-in is about greatly diminished expectations, pain management and waiting for the results of medical exams. It's humbling. I tell myself that I'm healing, but it's possible that I'm simply getting better at avoiding pain.

I know what you mean. My wrist fracture kept me effectively immobile with a full arm cast and in pain, despite the percocets, for 8 weeks. Hopefully the pain will subside and you will once again be mobile in quicker time then that.

    Hello,

You can diminish a great deal of your pain by using castor oil packs. Castor Oil, also known as Palma Christie (the palm of Christ), has been used to help heal broken bones, fractures, reduce swelling and other ailments.

For more information go to http://www.edgarcayce.org/health/database/health_resources/castor_Oil_Packs.asp

    Be well,

Dag, UL, I'm not a patient man, but that's starting to look like a reasonable time frame.

Gary, I just might take your advice, if only because your note is by far the most focused solicitation I've ever received.

I'll make out ok, XO. Thanks a million.
