Powdered Cheese

Contrary to popular opinion, Happy In Bag wasn't raised by a pack of dysfunctional wolves. One of the best aspects of the upbringing provided by my human mother was that I didn't taste candy or dessert until I entered grade school. I have no appetite for sweets to this day. Grease and salt are a different matter. That's why In-A-Tub is my penultimate guilty pleasure. Deep fried fatty foods infused with powdered cheese? Oh yeah.

i think it's understood that there's a comma between lettuce and sauce.

I don't think it's "understood" at all. Anyone capable of turning cheese to powder can probably turn lettuce into a sauce.

"Lettuce Sauce" would be a good band name.

Check out this gem from the Happy In Bag archives, Chris. Good call.

In-A-Tub sure beats Domino Pizza, Lee.

when we lived in NKC there was an in-a-tub up the street. i had never entered one that wasn't sitting in a shady corner of the mall. powdered cheese is bliss.
I wish i was licking it off my grease-slicked fingers right now.
holy god, all I can think about is food these days.

I was able to find a recipe on the nets for lettuce sauce. Didn't sound to bad.

I was starting to think I was the only one that liked powdered cheese on fried grease.
